Washington in Context Map

The new Washington in Context map features several new treatments not included on earlier Raven state maps. Built-up areas are shown, giving a more realistic sense of current settlement. National Parks and Monuments, National Wildlife Refuges and military bases, and Indian Reservations are identified. High elevation peaks and ridges are more clearly delineated. Finally, neighboring portions of British Columbia, Idaho, and Oregon are included in a ghosted-back treatment that preserves Washington’s iconic shape.
